FREE 60-Minute Movement Assessment

Our expert team offers a comprehensive, 60-minute assessment at no cost to help you better understand your current movement abilities and limitations. During this session, we will assess how past injuries and movement patterns may be contributing to imbalances, and we will work together to uncover the root causes of these issues.

We will help you improve mobility and enhance stability, so that sustainable, long-lasting changes flow naturally. As a result, you will experience improved performance in your daily activities and achieve your specific goals.

Individual Personal Training Programs

Our personalized training programs are designed to ensure you reach your fitness goals with the support and guidance of a dedicated team. Here's how it works:

  • Personalized Match: You’ll be paired with a staff member who is specifically matched to your goals and personality, to build a strong and supportive relationship.

  • Ongoing Progress Adjustments: As your needs evolve, your trainer will work with you to adjust your plan to keep challenging you and maximizing your progress.

  • Team Support: Our trainers don’t compete for business, they work together as a team. It’s common for our trainers to ask each other for advice to solidify that we are making the right decisions for you and your program. We are stronger together. If were don’t understand, our team will search for the answers with you.

  • Holistic Progress Focus: Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, move better, become more stable, or a combination, our team will ensure that you have the support to move forward.

Classes and Small Group Training

The Cincy Circuit

Meet us for an hour long Strength and Cardio based Circuit Class. Our Classes introduce an upbeat and high energy atmosphere with a goal to build community support, comradery, and lasting relationships.

Classes are held from 9a-10a the 3rd Saturday of each month.

360 Strength

Sessions are designed to teach you how to lift heavy using the big lifts associated with building strength. Each session will have no more than 6 students to ensuring that each member will receive individualized attention.

  • Learn how to warm up properly for each lift

  • Understand when it’s right to push for more weight

  • End each session with an accessory lift superset

  • Sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5p-6p. A new program starts every 4 weeks.

360 Fit

Sessions are designed to cover every facet of fitness.

  • Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12p-1p. A new program starts every 4 weeks.

Mama Strong

A Strength based program specific to new moms.

  • Learn about breath work and pelvic floor control

  • Safely learn to build your strength after having a baby

  • Create a healthy fitness community for moms to meet other moms

  • Sessions are held on Wednesdays at 9a-10a. A new program starts every 6 weeks.
